ADDRESS & PARKING:

The address of the facility is 3240 Hwy 7, Asphodel-Norwood (English Ranch). With trailers, we ask that you enter and exit off Asphodel 3rd Line. The entrance will be marked with a sign. There is a maintained gravel laneway in the field leading to trailer parking. This avoids turning in off Highway 7 which can be a busy spot at times. Cars may come in either entrance. Trailer parking is near the arena and will be marked. Attached is a picture for your reference.

WEATHER:

We plan to show outside but will move to the indoor arena if the weather demands it. In the case of heavy rain, we may move the parking location closer to the indoor arena, but we will send messages that morning and have people/signage to guide you through any changes. The forecast looks ideal!

 

FOOD: 

Saturday's lunch is catered by one of our sponsors The Knockout, Norwood for those who ordered wraps ahead. Payment is accepted by e-transfer or cash. 

 

WATER FOR HORSES:

There will be water available outside for horses on the hill near the in gate and inside next to the indoor arena door. 

 

WASHROOMS: 

There is a washroom located inside double white doors at the front of one of the barns. There will be signs to direct you. 

 

STALLS: 

If you reserved a stall, it is labelled inside the barn. You are welcome to move in Friday, if you choose. Please clean your stall prior to move out. Picking it is fine, you're welcome to leave clean shavings in it. Failure to clean your stall will result in an additional charge. A manure truck is located beside the barn for dumping. Please NO hoof black in the barns!

 

SHOW REGISTRATION:

On arrival, please check in at the show booth located ringside. Typically check-in will only take a couple of minutes since entries are processed in advance of show day.
